A flowing class, no equipment, just our bodies and our minds, our breath and our movement. All this week.
This week we're using new equipment. Pilates Power Rings, aka Isotoners, Circles, and those round bendy things for resistance. I'm very much looking forward to working with them. We'll start with breath, then the neck and work our way down the body. In Advanced, once we've organised, placed ourselves and warmed through, we'll rapidly progress
This week we'll do wonders with the ball and block. Whole body of course, from the inside out and stronger, longer, taller and more agile we will be. Can't wait to see you in class. This week we'll use the Pilates balls and do wonderful things for our knees and core with some rolling and box work,to stretch our backs and work our butts.
This week think about finding your deep abdominals through your breath, as we do in class, lengthen through your spine, relax your shoulders and feel my threads pulling the top of your ears.
