This week we'll use the Pilates balls and do wonderful things for our knees and core with some rolling and box work,to stretch our backs and work our butts.
This week think about finding your deep abdominals through your breath, as we do in class, lengthen through your spine, relax your shoulders and feel my threads pulling the top of your ears. I had a wonderful week teaching the Royal Academy Exam students but I missed you. This week we will use the golf balls to ease away tightness in our fascia, to find and feel our feet, backs, shoulders, necks and knees with some wonderful moves that stretch and tone from top to toe.
