There are no sessions this next week of 20th August and Bank Holiday Monday 27th. I will be teaching at the Royal Academy of Dance this next week. All Saints' sessions resume on Tuesday 28th August 10:00 and 11:00 and Wednesday 29th August 08:00 (09:00 Intermediate/Advanced) (10:00 Workshop).

If Monday's usually your day for Pilates and you can join us on Tuesday or Wednesday, please do.

(Please note there are no changes to one2one appointments and nutrition clinic; all as arranged).

Hope you have a good weekend, a productive week ahead and a Bank Holiday weekend full of standing tall and breathing deeply!
