This week we're using new equipment. Pilates Power Rings, aka Isotoners, Circles, and those round bendy things for resistance. I'm very much looking forward to working with them. This week we'll use the Pilates balls and do wonderful things for our knees and core with some rolling and box work,to stretch our backs and work our butts.
This week think about finding your deep abdominals through your breath, as we do in class, lengthen through your spine, relax your shoulders and feel my threads pulling the top of your ears.
