This week we're using new equipment. Pilates Power Rings, aka Isotoners, Circles, and those round bendy things for resistance. I'm very much looking forward to working with them. We'll start with breath, then the neck and work our way down the body. In Advanced, once we've organised, placed ourselves and warmed through, we'll rapidly progress

This Monday marks the beginning of our 12th year practising Pilates together.  Thank you for standing tall with me. It is always good to welcome new people but I am happy that so many of you have been a part of my Pilates world for so long.
