Dipping Your Toe Into Room Sessions?

Dearest All,

Keeping strong.  This is our seventh week in the Room, this Thursday will be our 790th Zoom and as of today there are 125 Online sessions. 

Room Sessions If you're thinking of dipping your toe into Room sessions, I hope it will help you to know that the quietest session is the 8 am on Wednesday.  You are welcome to come.  You can attend any of the sessions, they are by no means full. However, the quietest times are 7 am and 8 am and the busiest session at the moment is the 930 on Mondays. Please click here to read my pointers to ensure continued confidence and safety in the room.

Room sessions use Standing and Matwork to Advanced Levels. All Room sessions are held at All Saints on:

Mondays 7 am 8 am 930 am

Tuesdays 10 am 11 am

Wednesdays 8 am 930 am 1030 am The 1030am is a Workshop, we use Barre, Chair and Standing in conversation with our needs of the day.

Click here to join me for 125 online sessions. The sessions are available 24/7. Session 125 is a Barre session.  This session is suitable for every level of training.  We work with neutral spine, you will see how to set up neutral spine, as I show you how to do this and it is viewed from different angles via my mirrors.  Neutral spine offers our spine total support and wellbeing.  We find it, feel the connection and breathe. We follow a less is more theme throughout the session. We do all that is good for the hips, knees and ankles.  We go through moves that strengthen, support and release the spine and moves for the inside and outside leg, the stabilisers of the knee, the walking muscles from thighs to glutes, and our balance from our core, of course. A deeply effective twenty minutes.
