The End of summer and The Beginning of cosy

This is our ninth week in the Room, this Thursday is our 800th Zoom, (OMG, I'll have muted you 800 times!) There are also 125 Online sessions available 24/7

Room Sessions are Standing and Matwork to Advanced Levels. All Room sessions are held at All Saints on:

Mondays 7 am 8 am 930 am

Tuesdays 10 am 11 am

Wednesdays 8 am 930 am 1030 am The 1030am is a Workshop of Barre, Chair and Standing, in conversation with our needs of the day.

Online and Onwards

Click here to join me for 125 online sessions. The sessions are available 24/7. Thank you for your online presence, I will be filming next week and adding new sessions to the library.  Wonderful to see so many of you online.  Literally hundreds of you and it is great.  So great that I should retire from in-person teaching! But I'd miss you all far too much so won't be retiring.....yet!  However, I might have a holiday very soon, probably early spring 2022 and definitely over the festive season. No Sessions

There will be neither Room nor Zoom sessions for three whole weeks: The weeks of 20th, 27th December and 3rd January.  Room and Zoom will resume from the week of Monday 10th January 2022. The final sessions before the festive break will be on Wednesday 15th December 2021.  There are no Zooms on Thursday 16th December 2021 because my family's shift work allows them to be in London for our festive celebrations that week, and so I will be amidst much silliness, many a puffed-up yorkshire pud and be loving flexing and extending of a different kind!

You and me, though, are together for seven more strong weeks. See you in the morning.
