When you hear the term pelvic floor, do you think of women or men? The pelvic floor is not gender specific! It's an essential muscle group for us all. Where is it, what is it, why do we need to exercise it, how can we best activate it and be sure we're activating it enough? Join me, as we take our focus to this muscle group. As we activate, understand, and become aware of the importance of our pelvic floors while mobilising, strengthening and releasing our entire body.
