Dear All

Looking forward to seeing you in the Room and over Zoom on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday only this week. There are no sessions on Tuesday.

Cue Move "Take It Into the sides, back and up to the armpits and down to the waist" Clue - Then exhale it all away - completely away!

In the Room for 50-55 minutes of movement

Monday 22nd April - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 0700, 0800, 0930 - 1250 at The RAD in the Dorfman Studio, York Road.

Tuesday 23rd April - NO SESSIONS

Wednesday 24th April - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 0800 and 0930 and (1030 Chair/Barre/Standing in the Room)

Zooms For All for 45 -50 minutes of movement - Please note that, starting from your next renewal date, Zooms will be charged @ £10

No Classes On: Tuesday 23rd April. For this week only, there are no sessions on Tuesday. But I very much look forward to seeing you on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There are also two Bank Holiday Mondays coming up in May - 6th and 27th - when there are no sessions. I will of course remind you nearer the time.
