Dear All

The best thing of all is that you have found it and you know its yours - all yours - everything we do in our sessions belongs only to you - your body, your breath, connection and your moves - there's nothing we need to share or give away, ever - fifty to fifty five minutes of only what's good for you.

Cue Move "Release your shoulders and grow through the back of your neck" Are my hands lifting your waist by any chance?

All sessions running as normal

In the Room for 50-55 minutes of movement

Monday 15th April - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 0700, 0800, 0930 - 1250 at The RAD in Lee Studio, York Road.

Tuesday 16th April - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 1000 and 1100

Wednesday 17th April - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 0800 and 0930 and (1030 Chair/Barre/Standing in the Room)

Zooms For All for 45 -50 minutes of movement - Please note that, starting from your next renewal date, Zooms will be charged @ £10

No Classes On: Tuesday 23rd April. On that day only that week, there are no sessions.

There are also two Bank Holiday Mondays coming up in May - 6th and 27th - when there are no sessions. I will of course remind you nearer the time.
