Dear All

Here's to longer sunnier days and many lighter hours - 

No sessions this week of 1st April.  But plenty of time for chocolate and fooling around.

All sessions resume as usual from Monday 8th April onwards:

Monday 7, 8, 930 am at All Saints - Zoom at 11 am 

Tuesday Zoom at 8 am - 10, 11 am at All Saints

Wednesday 8, 930, 1030 am at All Saints

Thursday - Zooms at 8, 9, 10 am 

The Easter Pilates Course will run Monday 8th April through to Friday 12th, at 1245, at the Royal Academy of Dance. Book with the Academy.

The Summer Term Pilates at the Royal Academy of Dance resumes Monday 15th April at 1250. Book directly with me.

Bank Holiday Mondays 

Two Bank Holidays are coming up. There will be no 7, 8, 930 am at All Saints, or 11 am Zoom on Mondays 6th and 27th May. 

Guess the Move?

Which move? - From standing "Lift your tail to the ceiling and, tucking your chin towards your chest, let your spine drop out......."

From sitting on edge of chair "Leg out stretched, heel on floor, flex your foot towards you and lean over at the hips, keeping spine lengthened, shoulders down and chest open......"

Hope you can find time to keep your hamstrings released for the comfort of your spine, hips and knees.......

You'll find me stretching, relaxing and strengthening 24/7 - join me online whenever you like.
