Zoom Sessions are £60.00 for ten sessions. There's no need to book. Please click the link you want, above. No passwords or complicated invitations. Sessions are 50 minutes of movement. New students, Hello and welcome, please contact me anytime. You can pay directly to my bank or pay by card: 


104 online sessions available 24/7. They take up no space on your device, they are stored here and you can tap into them whenever you wish. Session 104 was uploaded this week and uses weights, it is 13 minutes of advanced work-out for the whole body.  Session 105 will use a roller and 106, a swiss ball. If you want a roller, I have a couple happy to go to a good home.
