115 Online Sessions This week's session is 115 and is called Lie Down. In bed or on a comfortable mat (or in a field, a beach, or a balcony in the summer breeze, if there's one to hand!)  This session takes away tensions. It releases our head, mind and body into complete comfort and rest. Anytime you want to relax, join me here to ease and rest.  I disappear silently after eighteen minutes leaving you, to rest, doze, or sleep, without interuption.  


I write this between matches on Sunday.  Watching legends make history. Strength, breath, stability, agility, power and passion. And much emotion. We will need recovery time!  See you for some recovery sessions on Monday and beyond.
