Zoom Students and New Students
The fee is £60.00 for ten sessions (please email me for my bank details). There is no need to book for Zooms. Please click the link to the Zoom session you want and I'll "admit" you. No passwords or complicated invitations. Sessions are about 50 minutes. Breath, Connection and Movement begins a couple of minutes after the listed times, so there's time beforehand to let me know of any aches, or strengths. New students, hello and welcome, do contact me anytime.
The Online Library
Session 97 is available: 97 Relieves shoulders instantly. Grab a chair and a pile of cushions. This session gives the back the strength and awareness it deserves, while strenthening core muscles and toning the biggest muscle in our body, the lats (latissimus dorsi). The back balances and strengthens, so the shoulders can just be, the shoulders can completely relax. This session takes 17 minutes and is done sitting, it tones the core, back, arms, deltoids, rotator cuff and stretches the posterior chain leaving the body released, held and strong.
Magical to watch the Snow Moon and to know it is something we could all share. I hope you enjoyed the moments, too and I look forward to seeing you this week.
