Funny how resistance has so many meanings and associations.  The Resistance that Strengthens from Within is the one on my mind. Hope you'll come and join me. Please bring your ball, or circle, or use one of my sanitised ones.  I look forward to welcoming you.

The 8 Room Sessions are Standing with Matwork, and suitable for all, whether you're advanced, new, or healing. All Room sessions are held at All Saints SE21 8JY on:

MONDAY 31st January at 7 am and 8 am and 930 am

TUESDAY 1st February at 10 am and 11 am

WEDNESDAY 2nd February at 8 am and 930 am and 1030 am The 1030 is a Workshop of Barre, Chair and Standing. There is no matwork in the 1030 session. Thorough, healing and bespoke. 

Sessions are Covid Secure.  The success of this is down to you, thank you for keeping your distance, before, during and after sessions. We have easily and comfortably managed this for 18 weeks. Thank you for your awareness and reliable consideration of me and others.  

5 Zoom Sessions are at eleven, eight, eight, nine and ten. The sessions are on the hour and presented from my home studio. Every session develops optimum connection. We'll use resistance, please have a rolled up towel, or a ball, or a circle with you:

Online Sessions Available 24/7 Click here to join me for 135 online sessions Session 135 heals. If you're a beginner, or healing, this one's for you.  Using a resistance band we spend 20 minutes connecting our core deep stabilisers through breath. We align the body, healing the knees, legs, abs and back.  We find our muscles and connect with them, safely and calmly, and yet feel the work-out without any stress or strain.

Cupid's Arrows

On Friday, EV and I took a walk to The Bread and Roses, Clapham Manor Street. What a find! A relaxing pub and later in the evening live music. A vibrant spacious place with outside areas too and dog friendly.  EV and I felt very at home, met new people and had a good evening. I'm looking forward to performing upstairs in the theatre.  There are two performances of Cupid's Arrows, 3 pm on Sunday 13th February, and 730 pm on Valentine's Day upstairs in The Bread and Roses Theatre
