What better day is there to give ourselves some LOVE! It's Valentine's Day all day Monday so let's start the week as we mean to go on with some LOVE for our hardworking bodies and minds! Super to welcome new people to the sessions online, over zoom and in the room.
The 8 Room Sessions are Standing with Matwork, and all sessions are suitable for all, whether you're advanced, new, or healing. It's true, come and breathe your way and know that every move you make is good for you as we add on and on and on. Always strengthening and freeing. Room sessions are held at All Saints SE21 8JY on:
MONDAY 14th February at 7 am and 8 am and 930 am
TUESDAY 15th February at 10 am and 11 am
WEDNESDAY 16th February at 8 am and 930 am and 1030 am The 1030 is a Workshop of Barre, Chair and Standing. The 1030 session is thorough, healing and bespoke.
Sessions are Covid Secure. The success of this is down to you, thank you for keeping your distance before, during and after sessions. We have easily and comfortably managed this for 20 weeks.
The 5 Zoom Sessions are at eleven, eight, eight, nine and ten. The sessions are on the hour and presented from my home studio. Every session develops optimum connection. We'll use resistance, please have a rolled up towel, a cushion, a ball, or a circle with you:

The Royal Academy of Dance
Due to the Dance School's half-term this week, there is no session this Friday, 18th February. We'll resume on 25th until 25th March.
I'll be in the Pub
I'll be in the Pub this Sunday at 3 pm, and Monday at 730 pm shooting some of Cupid's Arrows at The Bread and Roses Theatre.
