Let it snow! Class continues come rain, shine or snow. Classes this week are with the ball and focus on upper body strength, shoulder girdle, back muscles and balance with controlled abdominal work to find every fibre, of course. We will be working with deep core awareness and controlled challenges. Monday 7,8,9 am Tuesday 10,11 am and Wednesday 8,9,10 am. The Wednesday 9 am class for advanced students will focus on all the above with extra challenges and even more muscle groups at the same time. Same for David Lloyd and RAD students this week.
