As some of us prepare for a summer holiday, we may be contemplating long flights or driving for miles on end.  We may be contemplating lying on sun loungers, or on a sandy beach for hours on end, or hiring a bicycle, or going trekking through the mountains on horse-back, well why not!  How might our body respond to all these things?  This week's theme will cover some of likely feelings our body may experience.  Ideas will be laced into the session on how you can help your body feel good as you get the most out of your holiday.  xox

"Watch a cat, as it lazily opens its eyes, slowly looks around, and gradually prepares to rise after a nap. First, it gradually rises on its hindquarters and then gradually lowers itself again, at the same time sprawling out on the floor, leisurely stretching its forepaws (with extended claws) and legs. Observe closely how all its back muscles actually ripple as it stretches and relaxes itself....
