What can we control in our lives? Anything? Nothing? Something? Can we take conscious control over our thoughts? Can we guide ourselves out of a flood of unhelpful thoughts? Can we take conscious control over our movement? Can we guide our bodies out of repetitive unhelpful everyday positions? We can. This week we'll take our minds to our bodies and focus on what feels good, strong, releasing, stabilising and right. Allowing fluidity and well-being to flood into every fibre.
