A new week starts with Pilates at 7 am tomorrow. Yay! We'll do push-ups, warming up and stretching through our hamstrings and calves first, then guiding our long spines through a roll down into plank into push-up, into dog into body swing into roll up and repeat. We'll do heel slides again and top it up with preparation for boomerang. Some of us will do the boomerang as a grand finale to the session once we've done many wonderful moves to prepare us. All moves will be cued at the level that's right for you. In the advanced sessions this week, we'll do the above to advanced level, but of course! In the workshop this week, as promised to you, we'll look at knees, hips, hands and wrists and of course anything else any of you want on the day.
