Winter Pilates

Welcome to You All,

We have four weeks remaining! And, it's beginning to feel a lot like winter! We will keep warm, as we Pilates On and find moves that heat us from the inside out. I shall, however, be wearing my thermals from now on and an extra jumper! I look forward to seeing you.

Room Sessions at All Saints SE21: FREE PARKING in Lovelace and Rosendale Roads (Parking restricted between Noon and 2 pm only) - feel free to bring your bikes into the lobby:

Let's Diarise: Our Room sessions run until Wednesday 11th December. Our Zoom sessions run until Thursday 12th December. There are no Thursday Zooms on Thursday 28th November. There will be random Zooms during the festive season.

The RAD: To join the 1250 sessions on Mondays at The Royal Academy of Dance, please contact me directly. We're in the dreamy Jo Manoukian Studio - until 2nd December.
