Room Sessions at All Saints SE21: FREE PARKING in Lovelace and Rosendale Roads (Parking restricted between Noon and 2 pm only) - you can bring your bikes into the lobby.

Beware that Rosendale Road is now a School Street. Going North, you will receive a PCN if you drive through Rosendale Road at the Lovelace/Rosendale junction between 815 am and 915 am and if you drive between 8 am and 9 am from Dulwich heading south.

The RAD: Our last session of the term is 31st March. This week's Monday session is at the usual time of 1250 and we're in our favourite Jo Manoukian Studio. Please contact me for these Monday sessions. Please apply to the RAD directly for 2025 Easter and summer schools; I am teaching Pilates to Silver Swans, Juniors, Seniors, Exam Intensives and Adults. You'll also find me presenting at the RAD Members' Day on 11th May.

Cue the Move: The Pilates Squish - You know how much I love working with our Pilates balls - it's the squish what done it!  Try playing with the squish of the ball between the mid thighs, between the mid lower legs. Squish the ball on your lap, on your chest, against your side under your long lower arm.  Squish on the exhale and remember squishes can be done standing, sitting or lying down. Don't miss out on squish benefits!  Try a little squish, a slow squish, a prolonged squish, a held squish and move the ball to squish in a slightly different area, for example, from the centre of your chest take the ball to the right of your chest and squish away!   Remember your Pilates posture 1,2,3 and play with your Connection a - g.  See you this week for much squishing!

News: I can see why the Ancient Romans began their year on the 1st March.  The last couple of days have felt inspiring. Days full of fresher air, light, sun and blue skies.  Just lovely.  EV and I have had some beautiful walks and she was delighted to find her very own sunny spot, on the furniture in the garden, had at last returned! - Here's to springtime, hope and growth. And here's to theatre - I was indeed mesmerised by Sadboi.  There is nothing more awesome than watching live, effortless dancers delivering precise flowing choreography that tells untold moments with continual coherence.  The story unravels with slick brilliance and is sprinkled with special effects and technical wizardry . Who needs words when we have dance.
