Step Into The Room This Week

Dear All

Please do come to the Room sessions this week.

Room Times for this week - You're All Welcome - 50-55 minutes of movement

There is free and easy parking in Rosendale and Lovelace Roads and cycle lanes - the area is within an ULEZ

Monday 19th February - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 0700, 0800, 0930 AND The RAD, York Road at 1 pm (not 1250) this week

Tuesday 20th February - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 1000 and 1100

Wednesday 21st February - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 0800 and 0930 and (1030 Chair/Barre/Standing in the Room)

Due to family circumstance There are no Zooms and no one2one this week. Full schedule will resume next week and all will be well again. Just need to shift to a different framework this week. Thank you for your understanding. May we see it as half-term!

Looking forward to seeing you in the Room - This week we will get out the props! Do bring your circles and bands, and I'll supply too. You don't have to use them of course. You know me, and now you're all experts, anyway - we know how to feel the resistance, whether through our minds or via a prop! So bring it, borrow it, or imagine it - we've got this.

A Bit of Fun To Boot Had the most divine evening at the Laundry and then the Blues Kitchen, not a soap sud or a pair of Marigolds in sight. All just gorgeous.

Room Fees have remained the same since January 2020. Zoom fees too, zooming began in April 2020. Thank you for continuing to pay promptly to reserve your place. Your payment reserves you a place in any room and zoom. From April 2024, Zooms will increase to £100 for ten @£10. Please let me know if this presents any issues for you. Room sessions will remain at £140 for ten @£14.
