Room Sessions at All Saints SE21: FREE PARKING in Lovelace and Rosendale Roads (Parking restricted between Noon and 2 pm only) - you can bring your bikes into the lobby.

Beware: Rosendale Road is a School Street. You will receive a PCN if you drive through Rosendale Road at the Lovelace/Rosendale junction heading north between 815 am and 915 am and if you drive between 8 am and 9 am from Dulwich heading south.

The RAD: This Monday is our last session of the term. It is at the usual time of 1250 and we're in the Weston Studio. Please contact me to join these Monday sessions. Please apply to the RAD directly for 2025 Easter and summer schools; I am teaching Pilates to Silver Swans, Juniors, Seniors, Exam Intensives and Adults. You'll also find me presenting at the RAD Members' Day on 11th May.

Cue the Move: Pure Pilates, no need for props, equipment, special clothes - just be - and enjoy pure Pilates.  We'll take this concept into our sessions this week. For now, though - sit tall on the edge of your chair, release and melt shoulders, release and melt face too, stretch your leg with your heel on the floor and flex your foot, bringing your toes towards you, breathe four deep complete breaths and then do the other leg -  xox

News: In note form: I sat in the sun, cue the song! And, put simply, it was glorious.  I had a marvellous facial with about twenty different massage techniques - have been feeling fabulous ever since. If you want to treat someone to the best of the best, in ALL THINGS beauty treatments, don't hesitate to text Chris Vella, I have her permission to give out her number, please simply ask me. Chris'll provide everything you could wish for in a haven of professionalism, just a stone's throw away from All Saints. The clocks have sprung forward, all by themselves - ridiculous how they do that, but there we go! This, to me, means more daylight to enjoy the light of early mornings and more choice for longer afternoon walks into the warmer evenings.  We are now in our last week of sessions. I'll email you Zoom links for the week of 7th and 14th April, while there are no Room sessions, and we'll of course resume our usual schedule, and commence our summer term, from Tuesday 22nd April. xox
