It's June! Can't believe I just said that, but I did and it is! Let's meet and play Pilates and relax on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will play with our breath, connection, anticipation, lines and moves galore. None of our sessions are full-full, but if you want to attend a tiny class, the tiniest is at 11 am on Tuesdays. Thank you for only attending when you are well, and for your constant fine work, always powerful and responsive.
Thank you for your emails regarding rings for our fingers - EV and I will be getting stamps on Monday and posting off to you, and we will be hand-delivering rings through letter boxes to local houses during the week, probably on Monday too.....depending on the weather! The fingers you use to roll the ring up and down are benefitting too, so do use different fingers to do the rolling! Your finger tips have over 3000 touch receptors! The rings will also benefit circulation, acupressure points, and relieve anxiety and stress.
Zoomers - Do remember that whatever your camera holds in frame I can see, but that is all I can see! So, if you want me to continue to see you when we're upside down, or on the mat, do bear in mind your camera! I'm glad this will make sense to you, otherwise what I've just said sounds ridiculous! See you tomorrow and onwards.
