Wendy Jardine
Welcome to You All
Please get in touch if you are new to me and would like to join me online, over zoom, or in the room -
Pilates with Benefits! Too many benefits to mention - you know it's true, but - if you haven't realised it yet - come and join us and feel every moment and let the benefits abound. Ok - I'll mention a few, so you get the reason behind my association - Pilates is our Friend, a true friend who brings out the best in us, wants the best for us, and never takes us anywhere we don't want to go. With Pilates we only benefit, and this is always true, however we feel. Pilates is our hour of complete personal awareness, tuning into our precious organs and relaxing the mind and feeling loved all over. And, when the session is over, we carry Pilates with us, giving us continual inner strength, confidence, poise, and a noticeable spring in our step.........Definitely a friend with benefits.
Online Pilates - I cue you through and demonstrate every move - contact me and I'll set up your membership - for however long you like.

"Watch a cat, as it lazily opens its eyes, slowly looks around, and gradually prepares to rise after a nap. First, it gradually rises on its hindquarters and then gradually lowers itself again, at the same time sprawling out on the floor, leisurely stretching its forepaws (with extended claws) and legs. Observe closely how all its back muscles actually ripple as it stretches and relaxes itself.... Observe, too, how cats sleep - utterly relaxed whether they happen to be lying on their back, side or belly, Contrology exercises emphasize the need for this constant stretching and relaxing"
