Cueplanations

Hello and Welcome -

Cueplanations

New word! Another Wendy-ism perhaps, but does it makes sense to us all? Is every cue an explanation? Cueplanations are continuous throughout our sessions.  I hope they guide us to the what, how and the where of the Pilates moves?  Cueplanations should help us to find the muscles we're wanting to engage?  Muscles that are ours for keeps, that hold us strong, elongated, powerful, flexible and fluid? Cueplanations should help us work from the inside out?  Sometimes cueplanations conjure images, sometimes feelings or thoughts?  I very much look forward to this week's Pilates - and cueing you in class. Let me know if there's anything you need and I'll hope to weave it into your session, simply follow the cueplanations to give your body the best possible chance to release, ease and balance!
