Please get in touch if you are new to me and would like to join me online, over zoom, or in the room -
We will have bands and circles to hand this week - to add variety - so do bring your own, if you have your own - we will continue our complete breathing and deep connection, with moves that find every joint and muscle group - for a total body experience giving, ease, comfort, strength and agility. Please note that classes run as normal this week.
I cue you through and demonstrate every move - contact me and I'll set up your membership - for however long you like.
