This week we're using new equipment. Pilates Power Rings, aka Isotoners, Circles, and those round bendy things for resistance. I'm very much looking forward to working with them. We'll start with breath, then the neck and work our way down the body. In Advanced, once we've organised, placed ourselves and warmed through, we'll rapidly progress the moves. In Mixed Ability, we'll progress the moves with total confidence and understanding as we go. In all classes we'll feel what we're doing, consciously controlling and easing our way to depth, tone and release.
