Summer Zoom Schedule As you know, the summer timetable begins in June.  Here we go! You will notice no evening sessions. Bring on the balmy evenings and let the night life buzz as we make the most of Step Three!

Striving Towards Step Four At the time of publishing this, the government will evaluate and confirm their final decision for Step Four to commence from 21st June on 14th June. So firstly, thank you for completing the questionnaire. Secondly, I am meeting with Adam next Wednesday to discuss the finer details for potentially returning to the Room from 21st June. I will create a schedule so that we can continue to Zoom but also have sessions in the Room. The timetable will therefore evolve again from 21st June, or when the door fully opens to Step Four.  Zoom sessions, from my studio only, will continue in Step Four. Room sessions will not be Zoomed because I will moving around the Room.

The Royal Academy of Dance As some of you know, I teach summer schools and intensives and other courses for the RAD.  So over July and August there will be further occasional changes to the timetables. Each week's Zoom (and Room hopefully) timetables will be published here each Sunday, as ever.

109 Online Sessions Fabulous to see you in the library. This week's upload, session 109, is a sixteen minute work-out using the swiss ball. Peruse, click and come play!

Cumbria EV and I have enjoyed a week to remember with family. A sparkling, practical and perfectly located cottage provided by Sykes, AND LakeLovers warmly welcomed us with an abundance of soft lush towels, much chocolate, prosecco and special goodies in each room. We walked daily, always wonderful to be with locals who know the way!  We loved every turn and stile, the funny highland calves, the cheeky lambs, the duck, horse and cockerel loose in the lane, the estuary at Sarah's, the fells and lakes. The blankets of wild garlic and loud fresh water that eniriched our senses as we rolled and galloped along in our free spirited way! We went from Arnside to Far Arnside to Silverdale, through Sizergh, Carr Bank, Beetham, Kendal, Staveley, Potter Tarn, Hagg Foot and Kentmere, often getting our bearings from the River Kent, or a dry stone wall or two.  We climbed Orrest Head, it's only 784 feet but the summit views are breathtaking. EV and I spun around and around to take it all in. Apparently, it was this very view that first inspired Alfred Wainwright, when at 23 he climbed this fell and his "love affair" began!  We had wonderful moments to refuel and be merry, too, at Hawkshead Brewery, Wilks, More?, The Eagle and Child and The Mortal Man.  However, if all this sounds a bit exhausting, there were further treats in store. The Low Wood Bay Resort is very special and provides ridiculous views and awesome reflections right over Windermere and beyond to the Langdales, while reclining (or doing A Teaser on the swing, but that's another story...)! Reclining in their infinity pools, hot tubs, relaxation rooms and herbal saunas. Then add Louise and her sublime treatments in the Low Wood Spa and revitalisation was fully completed! Thank you Mike and Sarah for arranging such a varied and splendid itinary and to all our loved ones of Cumbria for sharing and showing us the way. A special mention to darling Lilly May - your balancing is AWESOME and EV and I loved every story you read us. We will be back very soon.  EV then insisted we get a boat through the choppy North Sea to the Farne Islands so, before returning to London, we drove through the North Pennines and upto Seahouses and jumped on board.  She particularly loved the puffins and seal pups. Nine days of wholesome activities achieved. FABULOUS.

Returning to London It will be wonderful to see you in class for some complete training, from the inside out, from Tuesday onwards.  EV will be resting her paws, while no doubt dreaming she had wings and pups to play with, but hopes to make an appearance at some point.

With very best wishes
