Bright Side It's been an awesome time in some inspired courts and fields.  At Queens and at Glastonbury, watching young, old, and somewhere in between, excel and inspire.  Indeed, it seems that live music is everywhere I walk to right now, putting a collective bounce into our summer steps!  I so believe in our Contrology sessions, that give us comfort for glamping, camping, planking, standing, sitting, spectating, walking, running, dancing and all our activities.  We stretch, balance, strengthen, understand, equip and always find the full body.  I know the latest bullies with their loud voices, and megaphones galore, are talking of lack of balance being a death sentence, and they wrap it up as whether you can do the Flamingo!  I'm delighted to assure you that we can all balance like a Flamingo, and I will be covering the Flamingo this week so that there is no doubt in any of our minds!  Don't worry though, we won't be eating insect larvae or small insects.  We will simply breathe, connect and balance.  I look forward to seeing you.
