Let's aim for Full Power Ahead! By my reckoning, we should have twelve uninterrupted weeks of Pilates!

See you in the Room at All Saints Lovelace Road/Rosendale Road SE21: Monday 26th at 0700 0800 0930, Tuesday 27th at 1000 1100, Wednesday 28th at 0800 0930 with a Chair session at 1030. All 55-minute sessions. Equipment continues to be sanitised.

Incidentally, I shall be by the sea for this Thursday's Zooms and hope you enjoy the different backdrop for a change! If anyone is counting the Zooms with me, all things being equal, have you noticed that we should reach our 1000th Zoom at 8 am on Tuesday 1st November? Let's make it a good one! I might buy a hat!

We meet online 24/7, of course. 137 Pilates videos. These sessions are open to everyone; every level, every issue. Let me know if you want access or renewal, and I'll set it up for you, or please join via the link.

I have asked them to do some vital and valuable work behind the scenes that will develop this website in ways they have explained to me, but that I don't need to understand!
