This week's upload is session 108. In this session we completely connect the powerhouse for twelve minutes. We balance on the roller, deepening our pelvic connection. We breathe and connect, add load to challenge, strengthen and tone from top to tail. And we mobilise the spine with ease and control as we workout the abs. We release the neck and shoulders too, simply achieved in less than fifteen minutes.
