Step Four of The Roadmap 

This week will be the third of the fifteen week roadmap out of Lockdown. A survey from me will arrive in your inbox at some point over the next couple of weeks.  Please complete it only if you would like Room sessions to resume. If the roadmap goes to plan, we could be in the Room without strict covid-security from 21st June 2021.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Zoom will continue on throughout 2021 and beyond.  

The Online Library

Session 100 is The Hundred, well it had to be! The Hundred keeps us strong. In this session we build The Hundred to give our core a complete workout. We tone our powerhouse, abs, inner thighs, knee stabilisers, outer thighs, neck and arms. Pilates called this move "The Hundred" because the arms pulse one hundred times.  We do over a hundred pulses in this session, but we do twenty at a time, and vary how we do The Hundred for a full body experience using a ball, circle, cushion or belt to enhance the workout.
