Zoom Students and New Students
The fee is £60.00 for ten sessions and you can either pay via bank transfer (please email me for my bank details) or using the following 'buy now' button...
There is no need to book for Zooms. Please click the link to the Zoom session you want and I'll "admit" you. No passwords or complicated invitations. Sessions are about 50 minutes. The sessions begin a couple of minutes after the listed times, so there's time to let me know of any aches, or strengths. New students, hello and welcome, do contact me anytime.

Session 96 is available: Who's Got Your Back? Well, the answer is, You Have! This session diminishes backache and strengthens and mobilises. We do the session lying down. Have a pillow to hand, or isotoner, for one of the moves. We spend twenty minutes flowing through the body; unsticking, lengthening and mobilising. We bring our backs lasting comfort while toning the abs, obliques, back, legs, pecs, shoulders, arms and working from the inside out, from the deep stabilising muscles outwards.
