This week we'll do wonders with the ball and block. Whole body of course, from the inside out and stronger, longer, taller and more agile we will be. Can't wait to see you in class. Mixed level sessions beginners to advanced: Monday 7,8,9 am Tuesday 10,11 am and Wednesday 8 am (Wednesday 9 am working layer upon layer rapidly to intermediate and advanced) (Wednesday 10 am Resistance, equipment, walls and chairs easing our bodies out of aches and pains in the room on the day)
