116 Online Sessions 116 Please Help Me I'm In So Much Pain has been uploaded: Lie down in bed or on a mat and ease your pain away.  If you are in pain today, this session is for you.  We breathe and connect and strengthen from the inside out, while relaxing and releasing our bodies. We do gentle controlled moves to align and balance our bodies so we can simply relax painfree. I'll silently fade out at the end of the session as we continue to relax.  

RAD Summer Schools

Apart from the one off cancellation above, all the summer schools are in the afternoons and evenings.  This means there are no clashes with our timetable, so our ten sessions will continue to run uninterupted.... throughout July and August....

Step Three and Three Quarters

What can I say?  What can any of us say?  The only certainties are that we are not at Step Four, that your safety and wellbeing will not be compromised and that I'll work towards a Plan B!  Oh yes!  Watch this space!  

Keep strong and thank you for supporting the Zooms and the online sessions, it's fabulous to work with you all so very, very often!  Yay!
