May I remind you, there are no sessions on Bank Holiday Mondays. There are two coming up, on 3rd and 31st May, and there are no zooms during the entire week of 24th May 2021. 103 online sessions available 24/7. This week's additions: Session 102 healing and fundamental, brings connection, alignment and release. 103 is a quick advanced warm-up with weights. I'm using 2 kg and doubling up for lateral flexions.
