Thank you for a wonderful year
We have one week of Pilates together over Zoom and in the Room. For this week only, we have the usual schedule detailed below.
And then - the usual sessions stop during the weeks of 18th and 25th December and 1st January - and resume from Monday 8th January 2024.
During our gap, you have 154 sessions for a tenner! Simply Ping a tenner into my account and, before you can say 'There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humour" - I'll Pong you into the online world for a month and email you the log in details! It'll be good to see you there, whenever you want to stretch out, or release through. If you don't know my bank details, please email me for them.
I will be with you this week at all the usual times and I very much look forward to seeing you. There'll be no tinsel or jingle bells, just space and time to breathe, connect and move.

Thursday 14th December over Zoom at 0800 and 0900 Matwork (and 1000 Chair/Barre/Standing over Zoom)
