Length and Breadth

Hello

The themes this week will be length and breadth! Necks, backs, arms, legs are long, and there's the breadth of the chest and the pelvis to find, too! Length and breadth offer our bodies well-being and are simple to find and own, I'll cue you through! With Breath, Connection, Length, Breadth and flowing Movement, we will feel so, so good! See you in class.
