Please note there are 12 Zoom sessions, including two Barre sessions, two evening sessions and several morning choices. It is my intention that the schedule will remain in place during this third Lockdown. If you have a ball, circle, or band, let me know at the beginning of the session and I'll cue them in. It is also my intention to add a session each week to the library, over this time.

Welcome. There is no need to book for Zooms. Please click the link and I'll "admit" you. No passwords or complicated invitations. If you'd like to introduce yourself, please email me or we can arrange to meet before a Zoom session. The fee is £60 for ten sessions. Sessions are about 50 minutes.
The library is open 24/7 for Relaxation to Advanced sessions. I am filming session 90 today and it will be there for you in the morning. All 90 sessions are yours. Join the library and the sessions are there for you. Session 90 works with the circle and ball to connect and release the spine, hips and pelvis. We train deeply into the abdominal and gluteal muscles, toning and mobilising, from the inside out. You can find it by number, or go to the "Core" section of library. Remember you can use a cushion, in place of a ball, and a dressing rope or similar, in place of the circle. When pushing use the cushion, when expanding use the rope. All will be clear. Come join me.
