Click here for 119 Online Sessions Help yourself and thank you for taking me on so many holidays! 119 was released this week. "Sorted in 30 minutes" It's full body and works from all our positions. In this session you'll sort everything! We'll be standing, four point kneeling, high kneeling, supine, prone and lateral. We warm through and prepare the body for ten minutes, including the calves with some demi pliés. We do deltoid circles, windmill arms, triceps, abs, rollver, side bends with arms, abductors, hip rotators, quads in high kneeling, double leg stretch, back extensions, full moving cat and my four step treat for our gluteals.
The Royal Academy of Dance Just one more week of summer school. It is great to be in the studio again and I am looking forward to seeing you all safely in the room again very soon. There is one clash with our Zoom timetable this week. You will see that there is no lunchtime session this Thursday 12th, for this week only, due to getting to Battersea for a session at 1330.
