Zoom Students and New Students from April 2021
The fee is £60.00 for ten sessions. There is no need to book for Zooms. Please click a link, above, to the Zoom session you want, and I'll "admit" you. No passwords or complicated invitations. Sessions are about 50 minutes. Breath, Connection and Movement begins a couple of minutes after the listed times, so there's time beforehand to let me know of any aches, or strengths. I would love you to watch this:
Harry, my son, met Chris Fonseca while working on an uplifting show. The show was, In The Willows. I know some of you saw it. The friendship between Harry and Chris strengthened and deepened, as they began to use a very real way to communicate with each other. Chris started to show Harry BSL and that skill, added to their empathic personalities, and they really get each other, made for a true bond. Harry was determined to learn BSL and become fluent so that he could really be there for his friend Chris. Their respect for each other, their friendship and passions, led them to make this short ten minute film, the telling of the story of Chris. A hearing young child who became deaf at a very young age. It is an inspiring and fast film about strength, talent and finding a way through. Please show it to all your friends. Enjoy xox

It is a twelve minute session, lying down, and completely nourishes our powerhouse, knees and spine. This session clearly demonstrates neutral spine placement and keeping centred, and is powerhouse all the way. It is challenging for all levels.
