Session 110 added this week. The session uses a ROLLER and an elastic band (off the brocolli) The session sets up and challenges our powerhouse, we give our big toes alignment passively and effectively. We balance and open our pecs. We mobilise and strengthen everything to do with our spine. We train our abs, challenge our legs and glutes and open through our intercostals. We strengthen our shoulder girdle and tone our arms. We stretch our lats and quads and ease our necks.

"Loving the Videos. I’m going to explore the Pelvic Floor, Pelvic Diaphragm ones, as I need to understand that a bit more + Pilates Moves Broken Down and Mastered! It’s all very exciting and sooo beneficial already! I love the ‘ Wendyisms’ – pulling my ears is very effective!
