114 Online Sessions 114 added this week is 15 minutes and called "Barre for hips, legs, posture, balance and happy sciatic nerves!" You will gain height and strength and free the hips with hip rotations, outer leg strength, so our ankles are strong and our bunions are kept at bay. We swing through the legs, to work out the knee muscles and buttocks, opening through the pelvis to generate space for our fabulous sciatic nerve, we enjoy pliés in parallel with head turns to challenge balance and to give us complete knee strength.  Our postural muscles and core hold strong throughout this session.

Simple to do and body will be happy. Simple = Happy.......

Thank you and very best wishes,

"Watch a cat, as it lazily opens its eyes, slowly looks around, and gradually prepares to rise after a nap. First, it gradually rises on its hindquarters and then gradually lowers itself again, at the same time sprawling out on the floor, leisurely stretching its forepaws (with extended claws) and legs. Observe closely how all its back muscles actually ripple as it stretches and relaxes itself.... Observe, too, how cats sleep - utterly relaxed whether they happen to be lying on their back, side or belly, Contrology exercises emphasize the need for this constant stretching and relaxing"
