Corkscrew

Hello,

Do come to the room this week, if you can, I know so many of you are away, but I hope some of you are still here and will be able to join me!  Let's blast our clasts (osteoclasts) this week and give our abs a workout to remember.  The Corkscrew will come into it somewhere, and I think we'll use the ball.  We'll do wonders for our bone density and feel mobile and released everywhere. 

In Zoom, we'll have lots of fun too, and I look forward to seeing you in your holiday homes and on sunny balconies!

The 1030 is a Workshop of Barre, Chair and Standing. The 1030 session is thorough, healing and bespoke. Yet, never kneeling or lying down!

5 Zoom Sessions are at eleven, eight, eight, nine and ten. The sessions are on the hour and presented from my home studio. Every session develops optimum connection.
