Click here for 118 Online Sessions 118 was released this week "Open the Chest by Releasing".  We lie on our backs and release.  In seventeen minutes of releasing we open the chest and tone the shoulders.  Make yourself comfortable, with a pillow under your head, and away we go; rotator cuff, deltoids, lats, triceps, shoulder girdle.  Snow Angel Arms and Opening Window, to name just two of our flowing moves, are chosen to, release, relax and place, our ribs, chest and shoulders.  Simple, comfortable toning from the inside out. Breathe Connect Move. 

The Royal Academy of Dance I had a terrific week in my favourite studio, the Ashton, Sir Frederick Ashton at RAD. I am so grateful that my body has carried me through the most eclectic of sessions, but having said that, they all had one thing in common, beautiful responsive bodies and minds.  I thank all the groups, from the advanced dancers, to the improvers and the beginners to the silver swans, for their controlled, precise, fluid work.  My students were all training dancers. Within these groups, I had presentations of diastasis recti, severe asthma, postural exaggerations, life changing surgeries, pain. My mantra to breathe, connect, move and that we're fluid, continued throughout the courses and real adaptations happened right in front of my eyes and more importantly were felt and realised by the dancers. Contrology is for every BODY.  I very much look forward to working with the intensive examination students this week and next.
