New Students

Welcome. There is no need to book for Zooms. Please click the link and I'll "admit" you.  No passwords or complicated invitations. If you'd like to introduce yourself, please email me, or we can arrange to meet before a Zoom session. The fee is £60 for ten sessions. Sessions are about 50 minutes.

The Library

The online library is open 24/7 for Relaxation to Advanced sessions. Session 93 is now online, the second of the Office Trilogy, it is a 15 minute session.   This session brings instant relief for you and yours. It is for anyone working all day!  Sitting through Zoom meetings and conference calls, or sitting for hours to complete our work, our admin, our home schooling, our whatever it is, that demands we are at our desks.  Maybe your "desk", like mine, is no longer available to you to accommodate another family member's needs?  So how can we be comfortable, and maintain our comfort, at our kitchen tables, or counters, or wherever we've found a space to do what we do? Session 93 brings instant comfort at our "desks" and there's no need to grab a mat, and you can wear whatever you're in!  We get comfortable instantly and give lasting relief to our necks, shoulders, backs and hips.

It is wonderful that we have created such a supportive bubble via Zoom. We are safe and clearly deeply appreciate the many principles of Pilates: Precision, Balance, Breath, Control, Centering, Flow, Isolation (meaning finding and feeling the targetted moments; the where and what), Routine (wow, how true is that, our daily dose of self-care) There are many more principles, and we make them up as we go and as we feel them, of course you know them all.  Thank you from my deepest layer and I very much look forward to seeing you all this week.
