This is our eleventh week in the Room, this Thursday is our 810th Zoom. There are also 125 Online sessions available 24/7 Further bespoke sessions will be added this week and next.
In every session this week, whether in the Room, over Zoom, or Online, we'll find every moment worth finding.
8 Room Sessions are Standing and Matwork to Advanced Levels. All Room sessions are held at All Saints SE21 8JY on:
Mondays 7 am and 8 am and 930 am
Tuesdays 10 am and 11 am
Wednesdays 8 am and 930 am and 1030 am The 1030am is a Workshop of Barre, Chair and Standing, in conversation with our needs of the day.
