Wendy has been teaching since 2007. She has been registered as a Pilates Instructor since 2007.  She is registered with CIMPSA No: 380503 and insured with FitPro No: 104134 to £10,000,000 for any one event. These are annual certificates.

Wendy has been on the Register of Exercise Professionals since 2007 and is now registered with CIMPSA. (In 2020, REPS created a single directory for all exercise and fitness professionals, hosted and managed by CIMSPA. The register is your assurance that Wendy Jardine has recognised qualifications, training, is competent, fully insured and committed to continuous professional development).

In 2014, she qualified as a Nutrition Advisor. She has developed many ways of helping individuals to find their way through and to reach their personal goals and works with those referred to her.  She believes eating is like Pilates; it must feel right, be manageable, be controlled by you, and give you the results you want. 

Since 2017 she has created and presented courses to ballet teachers in the Principles of Pilates for Ballet Students, as part of the Royal Academy of Dance Continual Professional Development programme. 

Wendy believes in Pilates (Contrology) wholeheartedly, and the results, she sees, and more importantly her students see and feel, day in and day out, speak for themselves. Her library is open 24/7, her sessions are accessible to all.

Hi Wendy it is great to be back in Room although there may be times when I will zoom if and when we get to Scotland. I loved sessions over lockdown when people appeared from all over the globe!

Really enjoyed this weeks lessons, as I can’t walk as far as I used to, they are really important to my well-being. Thank you for keeping my circumstances in mind with lots of exercises to strengthen knee muscles which I try to do throughout the week. My knee always feels better and I walk better after a Pilates session.

Thank you, Wendy. I used to do zoom storytelling during Lockdown and remember the deafening silence with everyone on mute. But you give us focused sensitive instruction ….. not chatter !!!!

Actually got round to using the video library for a couple of sessions today – brilliant! why didn’t I get into it earlier – just what I need!

This morning’s hamstring stretch was amazing! I couldn’t believe the difference it had made to my ‘bad’ leg
