Since July 2025, 45-50 minute recordings of Zooms are available to keep, no expiry date: Do contact her if you would like any of the recordings. All full body but with different themes. There are nine available at present, all recorded in July 2025 and all include the wendyjardinepilates concepts; A to E of connection, Posture 1,2,3 and CCTV.  Matwork: Whole body and themed for lumbar spine, Matwork: Whole body but themed for abs, shoulders, knees and hams, knees and hams! Matwork: Hips No Props, Matwork: Hamstrings No Props,  Matwork: Uber Advanced, Matwork: Uber Advanced No Props, Chair Barre Standing: Whole body; every joint, every muscle, even our ITBs, Chair Barre Standing: Head to Foot ITB included, Chair Barre Standing: Deeply thorough with lots of Expectation

What

Wendy works the full body in every session. She does this by cueing you through moves in discrete parts. The discrete parts, when added together, complete the jigsaw. The jigsaw is grounded in Pilates’ 34 original moves.  With Wendy, you’ll discover many jigsaw pieces in every session, and the result will be that you feel, and control, the training you’re giving to every part of your body.   You will progress because your body adapts. You will access every part of the body, from the deepest layers outwards, and this is true – whether you’re feeling fabulous, or a bit stiff.  As your knowledge develops, and your body adapts and flows, you’ll find yourself progressing towards the complete jigsaw. You’re always progressing towards the completed jigsaw, and, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’re always healing and toning. You’ll prepare and train and find all the pieces of the jigsaw and, over time, your body will be ready to execute the entire jigsaw with precision, control and flow.  You will have mastered the most advanced moves because you’ve mastered the moves discretely and thoroughly, and with complete understanding of the why, how, where and what.   Breathe, Connect, Move with Wendy.  

ROOM SESSIONS:

8 room sessions:

Room sessions are 55 mins with warm-up into Matwork –

Monday 7 am & 8 am & 930 am

Tuesday 10 am & 11 am 

Wednesday 8 am & 930 am and 1030

The 1030 am Wednesday is a  Workshop and includes Barre, Chair, Standing In the workshops we explore and dispel debilitating beliefs, by showing ourselves the truth of our bodies with real understanding – “miracles” happen in front of our eyes in these sessions – Join us, whenever you like, drop-in. Tell Wendy anything you like – open your mind and let your body in! All knowledge will empower your journey.  Every move is done in enabling ways, to suit YOU on the day – for your healing, understanding and progress. Feel and Heal at Wendy’s Wednesday Workshops. A mixture of Chair, Barre, Standing with Core Training and always manageable.

There are five Zooms per week;  Zooms are 45/50 mins with warm-up into Matwork, (and the 11 am and 10 am sessions are Barre, Chair, Standing)

Mondays 11am Barre, Chair, Standing – Find and Tone Every Muscle

Tuesdays 8am Matwork for all  – Find and Tone Every Muscle

Thursdays 8am – Matwork for all – Find and Tone Every Muscle

Thursdays 9am Matwork for all – Find and Tone Every Muscle (Wendy likes to keep this 9 am session for those who know her techniques, know her acronyms and know when to add load, and will only add load, while maintaining control and connection throughout the body).

Thursdays 10 am Barre, Chair, Standing – Find and Tone Every Muscle

ONLINE ALWAYS

There are 154 online sessions, the library is open 24/7 Wendy is waiting for you. Please email her if you would like a loyalty concession. There are nine 45-50 minute Zoom recordings available, too.

No Pilates

Autumn Term is thirteen weeks and starts on: Monday 1st September until 4th December. There are no sessions the week of 27th October, sessions resume 3/11

COST 

YOU ARE NEVER CHARGED FOR “MISSED” SESSIONS. Room sessions: £140 FOR TEN SESSIONS, or £15 PER SESSION. Zoom sessions: £100 FOR TEN SESSIONS.

THE ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE

I felt AMAZING on leaving the class yesterday! All the movements we did were so pertinent and helpful…..I realised how much I had missed your weekly input! Thankyou! I shall reinforce daily!

Firstly, the very good news and all thanks to you! My dear friend with rheumatoid arthritis has been taking ‘the mixture’ for a month or so and is absolutely thrilled with how good she feels and even more so as she was able to do up her bra as her shoulder feels so less painful! My thumb and Rod’s shoulder are also noticeably improved and almost pain free. (Check out Articles on this Site for Life Changing Mixture)

Then another friend who has just had a hip replacement and when she was bracing herself to get up off the sofa really struggled, I suggested the Pilates breathing and exertion on the exhale. Another success!!! Such a difference and now she is using the breathing for all sorts of lifting etc.

After being away from the Monday class it feels like coming back home – a fantastic way to begin the day, the week and the year – Thanks Wendy
